Last August- September, we were busy putting our house on the market and planning a trip out of the country. To save some time on meal prep, we decided to give The Studio Kitchen's Paleo Meal Plan a try. It far surpassed our expectations and I was super impressed with the packaging, quality ingredients, and easy to follow instructions for meal planning. I even told my sister about it, she's a new mom and was looking for an easier way to eat healthy with a busy schedule. We lost weight by following the program, saved time and money. All good things!
