Packing food to go- Traveling while on a food program

I'll be out of town on the final days of the Couples 28 Day Paleo Program. 
Packing was a cinch. Everything is labeled, packaged, and fits perfect in my cooler.

How do I Customize my Shakeology Home Direct?

It is really easy to make changes to your recurring Shakeology order. You can do it online quickly and easily.   If you need to Modify your flavor Delay your next order Change your ship date or Change your address  you can do that by following these steps below. Be sure to do it at least 3 days before your next shipping date so that Customer Care can make the changes to your order. 1. Go to TeamBeachbody.com and Sign In 2. At the top, click on My Account 3. On the left column click Shakeology recurring Orders         4. Complete the form. Helpful tip, *If you do not know your current ship day, you can put in an approximate date. This does not need to be exact. When Beachbody receives the form, they will look you up based on the other information you provided. Submit form and you will receive confirmation back within 24-48 hours (usually faster).     I hope that helps!

Living a healthy lifestyle, to me, means taking care of yourself so that you feel amazing every day. To take care of yourself, you need to exercise, eat right, and get rest. Three seemingly easy things but we struggle to make this our reality. Why? I think we might be overcomplicating things.  If things are easy, we have a much higher chance of actually doing it, right?  Think about food prep. We spend time making lists and planning out all our meals, but then Wednesday rolls around and we just want to take the easy road and order a pizza or put that frozen lasagna in the oven.
